Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Odyssey Boutique!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt.

Here's what you need to know:

Items eligible for return or exchange:

  • Unworn/unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Purchased within the past 30 days

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page or at checkout)
  • Items damaged after purchase (due to misuse, neglect, etc.)
  • Items lost in transit when returning

Return process:

  1. Contact us: Before returning any items, please contact us by email at littleodysseyboutique@gmail.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number. This will help us track your return and process it efficiently.
  2. Pack your return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging (if applicable). Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the package.
  3. Ship your return: Ship the package to the address we provide you with your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired exchange on the packing slip. We will ship the exchange item to you once we receive your return.

Additional notes:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment for valuable items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Order cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
